This serum contains 2% Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) and 93% Chaenomeles Sinensis Fruit extract to help brighten your skin tone and control sebum production.  Niacinamide can be irritating to sensitive skin when in high concentration. This serum contains a safety concentration of 2% of Niacinamide to ensure that those with sensitive skin can enjoy the benefits of brighter skin tone and texture without the irritation when used consistently.
