La Roche-Posay Effaclar Acne Foaming Cleansing Gel For Oily & Acne Prone Skin 400ml

I purchased this product and was very disappointed, as I believe it may be counterfeit. The text on the packaging contains spelling errors, and both the consistency and smell are very different from the genuine product I own. The consistency is off, the smell is more like diluted dishwashing liquid, and although it is supposed to be a foaming gel, it does not foam at all. Unfortunately, the seller refused to issue a refund or accept a return, citing their policy that opened hygiene products are non-returnable. Given the apparent counterfeit nature and poor quality of this item, I cannot recommend purchasing it.
