Sofar Fibralax Plus Sachet has a prebiotic effect and an emollient and soothing action (digestive system). It contributes to the regularity of bowel movements and the formation of normal stool consistency and volume. Psyllium is a bulk forming laxative. It works by increasing stool size and helping relieve constipation. Alpha-galactosidase is a digestive enzyme that breaks down the carbohydrates in beans into simpler sugars to make them easier to digest.

How To Use:

Pour the contents of one sachet into a large glass, add non-carbonated water (200 ml), mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.
