Hidrasec 30mg Children Sachets For Acute Diarrhea, Pack of 16's

Hidrasec Children sachets contain an active ingredient racecadotril 30mg in granular form for oral suspension used for the treatment of symptomatic acute diarrhea. Racecadotril is an enteric antisecretory agent, it works by reducing the secretion of water and electrolytes in the small intestine, with limited activity in the small intestine, caused by cholera toxin or inflammation without affecting the excretion activity. This helps to reduce the amount of fluid loss from the body in diarrhoea. Hidrasec Children sachets can be used as a complementary symptomatic treatment of acute diarrhoea in children together with oral rehydration salt (ORS). If casual treatment of acute diarrhea is possible, racecadotril can be co-administered.
