Xpel 15 mg /5 mL Syrup is indicated for secretory therapy of acute and chronic, Broncho-pulmonary diseases associated with bronchial secretion disturbance and abatement of mucus damage. Increases secretion of pulmonary surfactant and stimulates ciliary activity. Leads to improvement of mucus discharge and its excretion. Increases mucocilliary clearance and facilitate mucus discharge and reduce cough.
