How To Use:

Lie baby on back and tilt head back

Hold the bottle upside down and direct into the right nostrils

Angle the bottle away from the centre of the nose pointing towards the right ear

Squeeze into nostrils

Hold baby in this position for 1-2 minutes to give the saline time to thin the mucus

Repeat in the left nostril

Alternatively, the bottle may be used upright as a spray
