Non-stick Deep Stock Pot with Granite Coating

Before First Use:

• Wash in hot soapy water, dry thoroughly, and season with oil or butter.

Cooking Guidelines:

• Use low/medium heat for optimal results (maximum temperature of 200-240°C).
• Avoid overheating; cast aluminum conducts heat well, and excessive heat can damage the coating.
• Do not heat when empty.
• Use for cooking only, not for long-term food storage, as aggressive foods may damage the coating.

Utensils and Cleaning:

• Use only wooden or nylon utensils. Do not cut food in the pot.
• After use, allow to cool, then wash with hot soapy water and dry thoroughly.
• Hand washing is recommended to avoid damage from aggressive detergents.

Note:

• Slight color changes in the coating are normal and do not affect performance.

Compatibility:

• Suitable for all types of cookers: gas, electric, ceramic/halogen hobs, and ovens.
