Before using the pot for the first time, wash it with hot soapy water, dry thoroughly, and lightly season with oil or butter.

• Use low to medium heat for the best cooking results.
• Never overheat the pot (a maximum temperature of 200-240°C is indicated on the packaging for each specific range).
• Cast aluminum is an excellent heat conductor, and continuous overheating can damage the coating.
• Do not heat the pot when empty.
• The pot is for cooking purposes only.
• Avoid using the Shallow Pot with Granite Coating for storing food for long periods, as certain aggressive foods can damage the coating.
• Only use wooden or nylon utensils, and do not cut food inside the pot.
• After use, allow the pot to cool slightly, then clean it with hot soapy water and dry it thoroughly.
• Some harsh detergents can damage the product. Hand washing is recommended.
• A slight color change in the coating inside the pot does not affect the quality or performance of the product.
• The Bakelite handles and knobs of the pots and lids are oven-safe up to 180-240°C (please refer to the product packaging for specific guidelines).
