Before First Use
Wash the cookware pot in hot, soapy water, dry it thoroughly, and lightly season with oil or butter. For optimal cooking results, use low to medium heat. Never overheat the pot. The maximum temperature for each product range is indicated on the packaging (200-240°C). Since cast aluminum is an excellent heat conductor, prolonged overheating may damage the coating. Do not heat the pot when it's empty. The pot is designed for cooking purposes only and should not be used for storing food, as some aggressive ingredients could damage the coating.

Care and Maintenance
Always use wooden or nylon utensils to avoid scratching the surface, and never cut food in the pot. After use, allow the pot to cool before cleaning. Wash it with hot, soapy water and dry it thoroughly. For best results, hand wash only, as harsh detergents can damage the product. A slight discoloration of the interior coating is normal and does not affect the pot’s quality or cooking performance.
