Non-Stick Granite Fish Pan

Before using the pan for the first time, wash it in hot soapy water, dry it thoroughly, and season it lightly with oil or butter.

For optimal cooking results, low to medium heat is sufficient.

Important: Never overheat the Non-Stick Fish Pan (the maximum temperature of 200-240°C is indicated on the packaging for each specific range).

Cast aluminum is an excellent conductor of heat, but continual overheating may damage the coating.

Usage Tips:

• Do not heat the pan when it’s empty.
• The pan is intended for cooking only.
• Avoid using the pan for storing food for extended periods, as some aggressive foods can damage the coating.
• Use only wooden or nylon utensils; do not cut food in the pan.

After use, allow the pan to cool for a while. Clean it with hot soapy water and dry it thoroughly. Some aggressive detergents can damage the product, so hand washing is recommended.

A slight color change of the coating inside the pan does not negatively affect the product's quality or effectiveness during use.
