Includes the house plans (12 sheets), balsa wood lumber, architect scale, pins, Lumberjack Cutter, foam base, glue, sandpaper, and instructions that cover both roof builds. Level: high school. Material: balsa wood, glue, pins, and foam board. Assembly method: gluing and/or pinning. Tools required: hammer, needle nose pliers, waxed paper, and masking tape. Measures 20" length by 26" width.
