Much safer to bring my own straps to the gym now. This strap has been very useful while doing restorative yoga. Very wellbuilt and strong strap. The D rings are high quality and work well. ;D ring buckle makes it harder to slide than the rectangular ones. Comfortable to grip and keeps traction so your feet dont slip out during a stretch. , The cotton material is way better than any nylon strap. Its not uncomfortable to wrap around the hands to pull and hold stretches/positions for any period of time. , It is super easy to use, if you take Yoga Cl it would be great for that also. Frequent Asked: Q. At our gym, we have a lot of beginner level students in our yoga cl. Ive heard that straps can be a useful piece of yoga gear. What do you recommend. , ;A. Yoga Straps are useful for yoga students at all skill levels. Whether your students need help maintaining proper alignment in postures, or need extra length to simply connect their limbs together when they’re not flexible enough reach on their own, a yoga strap can provide the added distance needed to achieve a posture. Q. Are yoga straps going to need frequent replacement. ;A. Our yoga straps are 100% cotton, and very durable. They should last for hundreds of uses. Q. How do I determine which length to buy. A. Generally, the 6foot yoga strap is considered pretty universal, but for taller people, an 8foot or 10foot strap will provide ample length to hold an outstretched leg, and still a comfortable amount of strap to hold onto. ;Q. How about choosing the closure. Buckles, Dring or no closure. ;A. The type of closure on a yoga strap is really a personal preference. A Dring closure is fast and easy for creating a loop around the foot. A Dring is quite secure.
