Charge the massager using the Type-C charging cable. Turn the massager on by pressing the power button. To use, place the massager on your hand with your palm facing up or the button side facing down. Select the desired mode (M1, M2, or M3) and intensity level (1-5) for a comprehensive, ladder, or alternating massage. The massager will automatically shut off after 15 minutes. For optimal results, use the massager for 15-20 minutes, 2-3 times a day. Always follow the safety precautions provided in the user manual.
