Acure Gripe Water 130ml

Acure Gripe Water is a compound formula containing following 3 ingredients: Each 5 ml contains: Aniseed Oil, Dill Oil, Peppermint Oil. Aniseed oil (Foeniculum vulgare): extracts of the fruits possess antifungal, diuretic, analgesic, antipyretic and antimicrobial properties. This essential oil has antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. Dill oil (Peucedanum graveolens) has appetite-stimulating property. The extracts provoked a marked decrease in total gastric acid together with an increase in pH values. Fruit of Dill has antispasmodic effect on the smooth muscles of the GI tract. Peppermint oil (Mentha piperita) is a volatile oil and is responsible for the carminative and potent spasmolytic activities, the latter mainly due to local smooth muscle relaxation. Peppermint tea increases the production of bile, the effect is due to essential oil but presumably the flavonoids also play a part.
