This has been one of the most disappointing purchases I've made, and I strongly advise anyone considering this AC to look elsewhere.
From the first week after installation, the cooling performance was far below our expectations. We replaced an older 2-ton AC with this new 2-ton model, expecting stronger cooling and lower electricity consumption because of the dual inverter technology. Instead, the new unit struggles to cool the same room that our old AC cooled perfectly for nearly 10 years.
When we reported the issue immediately after installation, a technician inspected the unit and told us it was "good enough." We were also told that we needed a smaller, more enclosed room for it to cool properly. That explanation made no sense to us because our previous 2-ton unit had no problem cooling this exact room for a decade.
Unfortunately, the poor cooling is not the only issue we've experienced. The airflow vanes (blades) do not always operate correctly, and on multiple occasions the unit has even blown small pieces of ice out of the vents. These are things I never expected to see from a brand-new air conditioner.
The most frustrating part is that we paid significantly more than we did for our previous AC because we believed we were upgrading to a higher-quality, more efficient product. Instead, we ended up with inconsistent performance, unexplained issues, and after-sales support that dismissed our concerns instead of addressing them.
This purchase has been a complete disappointment. If you're looking for an AC that provides reliable cooling and dependable customer support, my experience suggests you should seriously consider other options before buying this one.
