DESCRIPTION

Directions:
Step 1: Wash your hands before you start. Fill the nasal rinse to the fill line with lukewarm distilled water or previously boiled water;
Step 2: Add a pack of nasal rinse salt and pour into the water. Tighten the cap and tube on the travel neti pot. Shake the nose cleanser gently to dissolve the mixture;
Step 3: Stand in front of a sink, bend forward to your comfort level, and tilt your head down. Keep your mouth open and do not hold your breath. Place the cap close to your right nostril and press the button on the bottom until the solution drains from the other nostril or mouth.
Step 4: Repeat steps 3 for your left nostril
