To contour the eyes, look down and gently stretch the outer corner of the eye using your index finger. Apply by gentle movements along the lash line. Use kohl pencil on your own and with perfectly defined eye mascara. It can also be used over an eyeshadow for a more delicate look, or underneath or to intensify the shade of the eyeshadow. Blur with a cotton swab or a brush for a more smokey look.
