First, shake the bottle well to blend the mixture Second, right after cleansing and while the face is still wet, apply multiple layers of My First Serum. 2~3 layers are recommended for daily use. Apply 5~6 layers when the skin feels especially dry! I have dry and/or sensitive skin. Can I use this product? Yes! My First Serum is formulated specifically with sensitive skin in mind. It does not contain any artificial colorants or fragrance! The product I received looks different than the picture! It looks like cloudy mixture with no separate oil layer! Although the toner and oil layers of My First Serum are normally separate, they can be mixed during shipping. It's perfectly okay to use My First Serum at this state! Actuallly, every serum will slowly become a white, homogenous mixture with use. The color of the oil isn't as bright yellow as I expected, or it seems different from what I've seen before. Natural oils vary in color based on harvest conditions. Earlier harvests produced lighter oils (seen in mini sizes), while later harvests yielded more yellow oils (in main products). These variations are normal and don't affect effectiveness. The bottle I received doesn't seem to be filled to the top. To prevent overflow during use, we intentionally leave some space in the bottle. This design ensures the foam dispenser works properly.
