Storage Condition
Our Zaatar Fougasse is best consumed upon purchase. To store, keep it tightly sealed in its original packaging or wrap it in an airtight plastic wrapper or foil and place it in a breadbox at room temperature away from heat sources. Properly stored, it can last for about 2 to 3 days at normal room temperature. Place it in the microwave oven for 10 to 20 seconds to warm.
