Description
Why do we need such books? Because we cannot read the Quran as we read other books. We cannot skim over obscure vocabulary and overlapping ideas without searching for their meaning.
The Holy Quran is God Almighty's message to us, so every reader of the Quran must contemplate its verses. This book differs from the tafsir books we are accustomed to reading in several ways, perhaps the most important of which is that it is written in a simplified form that you can rely on as a preliminary interpretation of the verses of the Holy Quran before delving deeper into the interpretation of the verses and searching for meanings in tafsir books.
This type of book cannot be simply closed and placed on the shelf among the other books. This book must be present with every reading of the Holy Quran. You must visit it.
I consider it an index of the index of the Holy Quran. The surahs are listed in their order in the Holy Qur'an, with each surah providing:
- The number of its verses and whether it is Meccan or Medinan
- Its names
- The appropriateness of the names
- What has been mentioned about its merits
- The correspondence of the beginning of the surah to its end
- The main theme of the surah
- Its topics
- Benefits and subtleties about it
