Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place 12 paper baking cups in a medium size muffin tray. In a bowl, mix Al Alali vaanilla muffin mix with chocolate chips, water, oil and eggs in a bowl until blended. Divide the batter among paper cups (2/3 full for big size muffins ). Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown, set aside for 5 minutes before removing from the pan
