BASIC DIRECTIONS TO PREPARE Al Alali cake: <br/> Preheat oven to 350°F(180°C). Grease round pan 20cm diameter. Blend in a deep bowl at low speed one packet Al Alali Marble Cake Mix with three eggs, one cup cold water(250ml) one third cup oil(75ml) Beat the mixture for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour three quarters of batter into the pan. Sprinkle cocoa mixture from small packet into remaining batter blend thoroughly. Spoon over remaining batter into pan. Cut through batter with knife to achieve a marble effect. Bake at 350°F(180°C) or gas mark 4 for 35-40 minutes. <br/> <br/> 1 cup cold water(250ml), 1/3 cup oil(75ml), 3 eggs <br/> <br/> 31-34 minutes - 39x27x2.5cm <br/> 15-20 minutes – 24-28 cups cake(2/3 full) <br/> 45-50 minutes – 12 cup bundt cake pan <br/> 35-40 minutes – two 20 cm round <br/> 30-35 minutes – two 23 round <br/>
