El aroma de L'EAU D'ISSEY POUR HOMME es algo difícil. Se mueve entre los cítricos acuáticos y un intenso olor a limón amargo (yuzu), a pomelo acre y a geranio agreste y áspero. Cuesta hacerse al olor del yuzu, fruto cítrico muy característico de la cultura nipona y muy empleado en su cocina.
