The product quality is not up to the mark and the plastic is very flimsy quality. The case has small damage, and seems like the product was opened and resealed as it is missing its user manual, and extra pair of buds which the packaging has its compartment for. Even the description on carrefour also mentioned 2x pair of buds. The charging was 100% when i first connected which usually doesnt happen with new device. The box has only chinese language written all over. Due to which it depicts its not the genuine product and may be a first copy. Not recomended
