I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the condition of the device I recently received. The product arrived in a state that appeared quite aged and showed clear signs of damage. Furthermore, the audio quality is extremely poor, rendering it comparable to that of an antique radio. This experience has been profoundly disappointing. I expect a much higher standard of product quality and presentation.
