I recently purchased a Dyson Airwrap, and I have to say that I’m thoroughly disappointed. After opening it, I realized it’s not an authentic Dyson product, and what’s worse is that it wasn’t even sold directly by Dyson. Upon receiving the product, I noticed several signs that indicated it wasn’t genuine. The packaging felt cheap, the instructions seemed off, and there were clear differences in quality compared to other Dyson products I’ve purchased in the past. I had hoped to receive the high-end, top-quality styling tool Dyson is known for, but this was far from it.
