The product is given with a weird plug. The Carrefour is not taking any responsibility a the customer service is not supportive in finding a resolution or take any action against this misinformation provided by the seller.

Good although the curls don't last, and hair drying attachments takes too much time to dry the hair.

Watch out! This isn’t sold by Dyson. The seller name is misleading. The socket isn’t UAE standard and the hair dryer can’t be covered by warranty or be repaired by Dyson UAE. I was scammed and carrefour refused to return the product. Worst customer service experience!
