Korean version, could not download the Mario kart DON’T BUY

I bought the bundle with mario kart and I have been unable to install the game due to wrong access code provided. Assistance is not answering. Please help

To be honest I would give it zero stars. I bought it as a present for someone and they sold me a Korean version which doesn’t work here. The only reason I gave 1 star is because Carrefour were very quick and efficient in returning the switch and refunding my money.
