I ordered a bundle of 2 waxed flosses. Also, I unchecked the option of replacing any product with a substitute. As a result, I received back 1 unwaxed floss inside a substitute-sticker paper bag.

I have been using this brand for about 10yrs now and I really like it. I tried a different brand but I hurt my gums. I have a sensitive gum and this brand suits my need. Gentle on gums and on teeth. Price is affordable too.
