Delayed one week in delivery. Customer service did not call back after I have called three times. Washer machine has a small damage back side , no need to photo. I start using anyway as needed urgent and I cannot wait more days / weeks.

The Samsung washer is the right size for our family. It has most of the features from our old machine (Whirlpool). So far it works well on stains and general laundry. It has some "eco" cycles that save energy like "e-cotton" and Speed 15. Some of the cycles are quite long so I hope to find the right combination of settings to reduce them. One annoying feature is that the cycle lights blink when the machine is working. Usually blinking lights indicate an error. Just something to get used to! A good mid-priced machine. NOTE! Carrefour called the day of delivery to say they were out of stock for the black washer. We ended up with a white washer due to urgency. Not a good look Carrefour.
