Carbon steel with gray non-stick coating.

Use up to 240 degrees C.

Use nylon, wooden or silicone tools not to scratch the coating surface.

Do not use in oven temperatures in excess of 240 degrees C.

Not suitable for use over direct heat or under grills.

Always use an oven glove when removing from the oven.

Never use abrasives.
