In a new production process we have managed for example not to use any added sugar but only plant-based fiber as an energy source in our protein bars. Just like the protein bars all other products were developed at the heart of HEJ Natural in our Hamburg office. We try very hard to only produce products with the best ingredients and as regionally as possible. For this reason the idea of sustainability is also very important to us and is subject to an ongoing optimization process.
