The product itself is good, my only issue is that in the add it said (Intel Core i7-14650HX) while what I received is (Intel Core i7-13650HX) and you might say the difference is only one digit, no its a whole generation less than what advertised and the worst thing is that I've complained about it at the same day and your representer responded that its not a big difference and never responded to my other emails.. I made it clear from the start that if it was advertised as 13th generation I'll accept it happily but why say something in your market and deliver something less
