Nintendo Switch Joy Con Controller Pair Neon Purple/Orange

Purchased online and when received item were not original and were a copy/ FAKE. I reported to carrefour who failed to act appropriately. I had to keep following up with carrefour help experts who were also not dismissive of my claims, despite sharing videos and pictures of original Nintendo joy cons. After 3 weeks and zero effort by carrefour I am still waiting for an answer as to how can a company like Carrefour fail in its duty of care with supplying fake goods. The packaging being advertised was also different from which I received. I purchased items from Carrefour and ultimately they are responsible and have a duty of care.
