L'Eau Bleue d'Issey pour Homme is an herbal scent. Green and heavy at the same time, surrounded by dark blue herbal/aquatic notes. It smells quite unusual, almost raw, as if something is missing. However, it is not one-dimensional. I think it could lean towards so-called niche fragrances.
