   Use low to medium heat for optimal cooking results. Never exceed a maximum temperature of 200-240°C, as indicated on the packaging. Cast aluminum is an excellent heat conductor, and continual overheating may damage the coating.

3. Cooking Guidelines:

   • Do Not Preheat Empty: Never heat the pot when it’s empty.
   • Food Storage: The shallow pot is intended for cooking only and should not be used for storing food long-term, as certain aggressive foods can harm the coating.

4. Utensils:
   Use only wooden or nylon utensils; avoid cutting food in the pot to preserve the non-stick surface.

5. Cleaning Instructions:
   After use, allow the pot to cool, then clean it with hot, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Some aggressive detergents may damage the product; hand washing is recommended.
