Before First Use:
Wash the pot in hot, soapy water, dry it thoroughly, and lightly season with oil or butter. For best results, use low to medium heat. Do not overheat the pot (maximum temperature of 200-240°C as indicated on the packaging for each product). Cast aluminum conducts heat efficiently, but continual overheating may damage the coating. Never heat the pot when empty.

Care Instructions:
Use the pot for cooking only. Avoid using it for storing food for extended periods, as some aggressive foods can damage the coating. Always use wooden or nylon utensils and refrain from cutting food in the pot. After use, allow the pot to cool, then clean it with hot soapy water. Dry thoroughly. For best results, hand wash only, as harsh detergents may damage the product.

A slight color change in the coating does not affect the quality or performance of the pot. Bakelite handles and knobs are ovenproof up to 180-240°C (refer to the product packaging for specific details).
