Empty the liquid caramel topping sachet into a 575ml. Mould or into 4 small cups. Heat 575ml of milk almost to boiling point in a medium saucepan. Stir in the contents of the caramels sachet and bring to the boil. Boil gently for 2minutes, stirring all the time. 4. Pour very gently onto the topping and leave until cold and firm(2-4 hours). Turn out and serve.
