How to use
cooking GuidelinesAll you need is:
1.2 cup (110g)butter, softened (not melted)
1.Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F. Stir butter and egg in medium bowl. Add cookie mix and stir until moistened, and then mix another 20 strokes. If dough is stiff, stir more adding 2 teaspoons of water.
2. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonful (27 g) 5cm apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
Important: If cookie mix has been stored above 30°C, refrigerate package 1 hour before mixing to keep chocolate chips from softening during preparation.
