Preparation and usage
453g (1 Packet dumpling mix) 1 sachet yeast. 2 1/2 cups warm water (40C).Mix 1 packet of al alali dumpling mix with 1 sachet of yeast (6g included).Add 2 1/2 cups warm water, continue mixing until smooth batter if formed. Cover the batter with a moist cloth and let the mix rise in a warm dry area for about 45 minutes.Heat cooking oil to 180C-190C.Make balls with aid of a tsp and drop them carefully into the hot oil.Fry for approximately 3-5 minutes until golden brown.Drain on an absorbent paper then add home-made syrup or honey according to taste.
