Toss peeled Valencia Orange wedges with beets, olives, fennel, greens and fresh herbs for a healthy salad. Pair it with cheeses, berries, seafood or poultry as canapés. Use in combination with other citrus, olive oils, salts, and honey for a fruity, summery condiment or flavor.
Place Valencia Oranges at room temperature in an open bowl, out of direct sunlight. To maximize shelf life, store Valencia Oranges unwashed in the fridge to avoid moisture retention on the skins that can lead to mold and spoilage. Otherwise, wash fruit and dry it thoroughly with a cloth before storing.
