How to use
The real authentic taste
Cooking Directions for a family of 4-5 servings(1L) 1. Pressure cook 80g turdal with 160 ml water, 1 tsp oil and pinch of turmeric. 2. Cook 250g of vegetables of your choice with equal amount of water and to this add tamarind paste, salt to taste and 600 ml of water, cooked dal and cook for 10 minutes. 3. Add 3 to 4 tbsp(15g) of Priya sambhar powder, grated fresh coconut and cook for 5 minutes. 4. Add seasoning* garnish with fresh curry leaves coriander leaves and serve hot.
* Seasoning: Heat 2tbsp oil and little quantities of mustard seeds, dry red chilies, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves and fry.
