Preparation and usage
in 2-3 tbsp lemon juice add 1-2 tbsp mehran achar gosht masala mix well fillit in slitted green chili and keep aside heat oil ghee and fry onion till it turns transparent add meat ginger paste and garlic paste then rry for 1-2 minutes remaning mehran achar gosht masala and yogurt and mix well add 1 cup of water cover and cook till meat becomes tender 3. now add tomato cubes and cook until tomatoes become tender when oil /ghee sepates place slited stuffedgreen chilies cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes add lemon juice and remove
