The SUMITA OXIDANT 3% LIQUID is a stabilized, intensive developer, formulated specifically to be used with eyelash and eyebrow tints. It can be used safely around the sensitive eye-area and ensures brilliant color results. The narrow opening of the dispenser enables exact dosage. Sufficient for approximately 100 applications. APPLICATION - Preparation: use Skin Protection Cream and Eye Protection Papers according to instructions - Mix 2 cm of tint and 10 drops of Oxidant liquid to create a creamy paste - Leave on for 5-10 minutes DISCLAIMER - Do not use oxidants formulated for hair color, it will irritate the sensitive skin around the eyes. Only use Sumita Oxidant, specially formulated for sensitive area around the eyes.
