Not recommended for dark skin tones. • The Glycolic 10% Daily Exfoliator, and 30% and 50% Peels are safe for all skin tones. • New Peel users should start with the Glycolic 30% or 50% Peel and work their way up to 70%. • Do not reapply any Peel until at least 3-4 weeks from initial application. BEFORE YOUR PEEL Prep the skin for at least a week prior to Peel application with a daily exfoliator such as MedPeel Glycolic 10% Daily Exfoliator. AFTER YOUR PEEL Generously apply MedPeel Hyaluronic Serum as needed. Use a minimum of broad-spectrum SPF 30 everyday to protect your skin. After 2 weeks, begin using MedPeel Glycolic 10% Daily Exfoliator in between Peels for long lasting results. WARNING: DO NOT USE A CHEMICAL PEEL IF: • You are currently taking Accutane or have done so within the past twelve months • You are pregnant or nursing • You have a tendency to form keloid scars • You are undergoing cancer treatments, including chemotherapy and/or radiation • You do not understand the process of a peel, are not willing to follow the post peel regime, or do not take the time to properly educate yourself about which solution should be used • You expect a miracle. Most chemical peels are designed to be a progressive treatment and need multiple applications to achieve a goal • You have been treated with a hair-removal system in the past two days GLYCOLIC PEELING PROCESS Glycolic 70% - Deep strength peel generally with visible peeling and flaking. To be used by experienced peel users only - not for first-time peel users at all. Users should have successfully tolerated/completed a lower level peel before graduating to a deep level. This peel provides a more aggressive treatment for those with stubborn skin concerns. Due to the increased risk of hyperpigmentation, this strength is not recommended for darker skin tones (Fitzpatrick IV, V, VI). Glycolic 50% - Medium strength peel with possible visible peeling and/or flaking. Not recommended for first-time peel users. Better suited for more experienced peel users. Suitable for individuals looking to help resurface skin and reduce wrinkles and dark spots. Glycolic 30% - Mild, light strength peel with very little to no visible peeling or flaking. Good for individuals who like to perform frequent skin maintenance with no downtime. Helps remove dead skin cells while keeping fine lines at bay for fresher-looking skin. Safe for all skin tones. There are no U.S. laws or regulations that require cosmetics to have specific shelf lives or have expiration dates on their labels, but there is a time frame for when they should be used after opening. We recommend using the product 90 days after opening maximum. Unopened and kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, some products can last up to 2 years. While using older products may not cause an adverse reaction, the product may have lost some potency and may not be as effective as a newer, fresher product.
