Kalita Wave Style UP Set, Size 185, 500ml Server, Blue

BY BARISTAS FOR BARISTAS: Made by Kalita, a proud supplier of America's best cafes and competitive baristas. They're a team of veteran baristas who have been in the cafe supply business for nearly two decades. , PULLS A GREAT CUP EVERY TIME: The Kalita Style UP pour-over coffee set features Kalita's patented wave design that reduces contact between the brewing space and the filter itself for a more balanced extraction and a flavorful, full-bodied cup of coffee every time. The design of the dripper and filter together help create a pool of water on top of the coffee bed that can help control agitation, helping maintain a uniform extraction without too much agitation (which could lead to over-extraction). , PERFECT FOR BEGINNERS AND PROFESSIONALS: You'll find Kalita pour-over products in the world's top specialty cafes and professional coffee-making competitions. But our products are also great for pour-over beginners. Cone drippers and filters require perfect grinds and pouring technique in order to prevent stalling and over-extraction. The wave's flat bottom design, on the other hand, maintains a wide and even coffee bed, allowing water to permeate and leave the dripper evenly through three holes. , KALITA STYLE UP SET INCLUDES: Kalita Wave Glass Dripper, Size 185; Kalita Wave Paper Filters, Size 185, 25 pieces; Kalita Glass Server with Silicone Wrap, Size 500ml; Kalita Silicone Dripper Stand.
