Sitcom cream is composed of Euphorbia prostate dry extract ethanolic 80% of which flavonoids and phenolics are active ingredients. Flavonoids help increase vascular tone and has anti-inflammatory effects while phenolics possess pain killing properties. It is applied locally to treat first- and second-degree internal hemorrhoids.
