Preparation Before First Use: Before using the pot for the first time, wash it in hot soapy water, dry thoroughly, and lightly season with oil or butter.

Optimal Cooking Temperature: Using low to medium heat is sufficient for achieving the best cooking results. Never overheat the pot; a maximum temperature of 200-240°C is indicated on the packaging for each specific range. Cast aluminum is an excellent conductor of heat, and continual overheating could damage the coating.

Usage Guidelines:

• Do not heat the pot when it’s empty.
• This pot is intended solely for cooking.
• Avoid using the shallow pot with granite coating for storing food for extended periods, as some aggressive foods can damage the coating.
• Only use wooden or nylon utensils, and do not cut food in the pot.

Cleaning Instructions: After use, allow the pot to cool for a while, then clean it in hot soapy water and dry it thoroughly. Avoid using aggressive detergents, and hand washing is recommended.

Note on Coating: A slight color change of the coating inside the pot does not affect the product's quality or effectiveness during use.

Heat Resistance: Bakelite handles and knobs are ovenproof from 180-240°C (please refer to the packaging for specific instructions).
