I received the broom I ordered; however, I encountered an issue with the packaging. The stick of the broom was wrapped in an excessive amount of heavy plastic covering. It was extremely difficult to remove, and unfortunately, due to the light material of the stick, it became bent during the process. This has affected the usability of the product, and I believe the packaging method contributed directly to the damage.
