Delivery charges

We are currently rolling out our electronics deliveries across all UAE. Carrefour.com offers a FREE delivery service for all orders if amount is above 500 AED.

Large Items

Carrefour.com offers a FREE delivery service for TVs over 32” and large kitchen appliances including fridges, freezers, washing machines and dishwashers.
We deliver six days a week, Saturday to Thursday and you are able to define with our suppliers a delivery time that suits you.

While purchasing your item(s), please remember to provide a mobile phone number. Our dedicated delivery team will call when they're on their way to give you an estimated time of arrival, and they will deliver the item to a room of your choice, unpack the item and install it.

Before ordering, you should first check the delivery checklist to ensure the team can deliver to your home. Please note: all delivery slots are subject to availability and some products are delivered directly by the manufacturer.

Small Items

Small items will be delivered by UPS/Aramex. These include:

Computers & all IT products
Video products (projectors, DVD players etc)
Mobiles, GPS & cordless phones
Audio & sound products (home theatres, mp4 players etc)
Consoles & Video Games
All accessories
TVs less or equal to 32”

There is nothing more annoying than waiting for a delivery that never arrives! You won't have that problem with Carrefouruae.com. For peace of mind, you can track your order online for all small items via the UPS/Aramex tracking system

Insurance

All deliveries are insured by AXA insurance from our warehouse or supplier warehouse till your home.

Be delivered at home or at work!

You can save as many delivery addresses as you need within the UAE in your account. While ordering, you can select the one you prefer: work or home. You can also use an alternative address if you want to send a gift to someone. In that case, keep the billing address as yours.

Changing a Delivery Date

As long as your order has not been dispatched, you may contact Carrefour Customer Service to change the delivery date by phone at 800-732-32 or by email at aftersales.webstore@mafcarrefour.com with your request, and we will get in touch with you.

Delivery Checklist

Before ordering large items online, you should check that:

The item will fit through your doors,
The item will fit the exact space allocated in your house,
There is a clear path between the road and your front door,
If you live in an apartment, the lift is adequate to take the delivery in size and weight
If there are any access difficulties, please just let us know in advance. On the day, you should ensure that:
There is a clear way path through your home
Any delicate objects are put in a safe place
